Toss all the ingredients together in a medium bowl then let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Add half the shrimp to an air fryer basket in an even layer, not overlapping.
Cook at 400 degrees for 4 minutes then flip the shrimp and cook for another 3 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Repeat the cooking process with the remaining shrimp.
Serve with freshly minced parsley and lemon wedges if desired.

NOTE ON SHRIMP: I recommend getting already peeled or eazy peel shrimp that has already been deveined to make your life easier.NOTE ON SERVING SIZE: If you are eating this by themselves the recipe will serve 2, however if you're serving with sides such as rice/veggies it will serve 3-4.
