Berry Pasta Salad is the ultimate summer side dish and appetizer! All of your favorite fresh berries are tossed with tender rotini pasta, leafy arugula, crumbed feta cheese and the perfect amount of poppyseed dressing.
Boil the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
Toss the strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and dressing together in a large bowl.
Toss in the cooled pasta then gently toss in the arugula and feta, just until combined.
Top with more feta cheese and poppy seeds for garnish if desired before serving.

NOTE: This berry pasta salad should be served as soon as the arugula and cheese are tossed into the salad. Otherwise, the salad can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.NOTE: Another great addition to this pasta salad is about 1/3-1/4 cup of chopped pecans, walnuts or almonds for some crunch! You can also substitute the feta cheese with crumbled gorgonzola, or cubes of white cheddar if preferred.
