Great.
The only thing I want to remember to change is the amount of salt. It was too salty to my taste.

Next time I may just leave the salt out. The broth and cheese have salt enough.

This is the only recipe that I use for my mac & cheese now. The first time I fixed it I was skeptical because I’m not a fan of anything spicy but I went ahead and put the hot sauce in and I also I would never dream of putting garlic in macaroni but it definitely works. My kids gobble this up and always take home the leftovers. It is delicious and I want to thank you for such a good recipe. My only tip I can give for someone cooking it for the first time is when you go to reheat it in the microwave add a little milk and it will not be dry. I follow the recipe exactly as written. I have used it with Velveeta substituting the Parmesan and it was still out of this world. Everybody loves this mac & cheese!

OMTastiness! I found this recipe googling easy potluck recipes. NOM. I played Ues Up the Random Cheese in the fridge- it’s amazing!! I used shredded cheddar, a squidge of mozzarella, 2 handfuls of grated parmesan and a sprinkle (Mayne 1/4c?) of feta! DELISH. Printing this bad boy out!
