It is pretty spicy (hot), you can cut down on the amount of chipotle peppers to make it less spicy if you want

This recipe was delicious! If you are not familiar with chipoltes in adobo, I recommend adding slowly to your taste/ heat preference. We only used 1 7oz can despite doubling the rest of the ingredients. Heat prob varies by brand as well. Anyways, the flavor was great and I’m sure we will repeat this on a regular basis!
