I made this chowder as a meal-prep lunch for the week and I am so pleased!! I used fresh corn, and added bacon, using the stovetop method. I was surprised by how quick this recipe came together into one soup, and is oh-so-delicious. It’s very easy to reheat on the stove for a quick hearty lunch, with or without added cheese. I’ll definitely be bookmarking this for future batches!

Made this tonight for dinner…it was so good, so quick, and so easy! I cut recipe in half, as it was only me, and I did add more half & half at end, for a “looser” soup. Very nice depth of flavor in broth and potatoes, for such a short cook time. Will definitely be making again!
