Very good – was looking for a new soup to try and had extra ramen on hand and this recipe came up. I subbed green beans and carrots since I was out of broccoli. Nice spice on the broth and hearty soup for a rainy spring day.

Excellent! I added a bit of chopped jalapeños, celery, and carrot. A little extra water to up the broth with 1/2 packet of beef seasoning from ramen packet. So flavorful and hearty!

Just made this for dinner… the only word I can say to describe our reaction is OBSESSED!!! I’m 9 months pregnant and took down two bowls. Baby and I are doing a happy dance right now. Haha!!! I have no reason to order Chinese takeout now. You gave me everything needed to transform my favorite dish of Beef and Broccoli into something magical.
