Such an awesome recipe! We made this last night and it was a big hit! One shortcut I made: Instead of chopping up the cabbage and carrots, I used a full bag of the Dole Classic Coleslaw mix. Worked like a charm!

When I make this again, I may add some chopped water chestnuts to it to give it a bit of a crunch. 🙂

Just made this tonight! My first recipe from the salty marshmallow….It was AMAZING!!! I will definitely be making this again. Didn’t get a chance to take picture with 3 teenaged boys!!!
