This was so delicious and easy. I was looking for something different to do with pork chops in the crockpot and found this. So glad I did!!

Both of my kids love this recipe! I buy the thick cut pork chops so usually have closer to 2 lbs of meat. I double everything except the ranch dressing mix and I serve it shredded over egg noodles instead of mashed potatoes. The egg noodles make it a little less heavy.
