I made your fish tacos, black bean salsa & baja sauce for supper this evening. My family loved it! There were comments such as “these are as good as any I’ve ever eaten in a restaurant”. Thanks for the great recipe, & tell your folks hello from me.

I did not flour the cod, just applied the seasonings and fried in a cast iron pan, I also substituted yogurt for the sour cream, the rest of the recipe I followed as written. I found the black bean salsa surprisingly good and would make just to eat with tortilla chips. This is the best fish taco recipe I have made and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Really Really GOOD. My entire family LOVED IT!! I used Cod and followed the directions without making any changes. The black bean salsa is also a huge winner. THANK YOU!
