Fantastic recipe! I made these for our NYE dinner tonight and they were devoured. The only change I made was instead of hot sauce, I did ground ancho chile pepper. I will always make they this way now.

I was asked to bring a finger food to a bbq at the last minute and living 20 minutes from the nearest store I searched for a recipe I had all the ingredients to. All 9 of us loved these. I brough toothpicks for everyone to serve themselves.

I will be trying these for our family reunion. I will need to use a large turkey roasting pan so I will have enough. Will they turn out the same if I make that much at once?
