These are the best snickerdoodles.
Refrigerating them definitely keeps them from spreading; they stay soft and chewy. One of my family’s favorites.

These cookies are delicious!! Just a note so others can avoid my mistake. Even though I chilled the dough for an hour and the baking soda was new, my first batch spread a bit. My bad: While I was scooping the dough, I thought it could have use a little more time in fridge. I ignored my gut, and baked them anyway. Lesson learned!!

Thanks for all your recipes. My husband is a nut for your white chocolate chip cookies!
