In reply to Victoria. That should be fine :) Add them to the dough once it is completely mixed up, I'd start with about 1 Cup then add a bit more if you think you need it

These cookies taste as great as everything else on this amazing website! The pumpkin cookies themselves are moist and soft but end up plenty firm enough to hold and eat just like regular cookies, and the cream cheese frosting adds a perfect kick of sweetness. The recipe is also straightforward. While it does take a bit of time and clumsy, fourteen year-old me spilled and made a couple mistakes, the cookies still turned out wonderful, and I was glad I made them!
