Hello! Wow. These cookies are delicious. I froze the dough and got them in the oven today. They came out totally flat and melted looking. I remember very much adding the baking soda and powder. Could it be that they were frozen? Any ideas?

Tried these for the first time this year. Love the bits of peppermint and chinks of white chocolate. A hint of salt to balance out the sweet and so buttery delicious! Thank you for sharing your recipe! I will definitely make these again! Happy holidays!
