Could you use self rising flour and omit the baking powder and salt?

Lady, I’m just an old retired guy that enjoys cooking from time to time, and I tried this today. WOW! Added cheddar cheese, my dried basil, and some Nature’s Seasoning, we will definitely be making this bread again!!! Made it with egg sandwiches for supper tonight….
