This recipe was great! The key was making it a day ahead. I only made a half recipe and it made the perfect size for my husband and me. It got nice and thin and crispy! I did stretch it, then bake it a little, Then put the toppings on. That helped keep the crispy, thin texture

This is the best thin crust recipe I’ve tried. I’m in my 40’s and I’m all about making my own pizza crusts now that the fall hit. This one takes my pizza to the next level. 🙂

Finally a pizza dough that is great! First I had to use instant yeast was not good, got standard yeast that with the instruction to only combine warm water, sugar and yeast is key to this. After foaming about 10-15 min. then added oil and salt not adding to flour is a good method. Turned out great, Thanks.

Super quick and easy. I prefer thin pizza crust, and so far this is the best I’ve found. I think it needs a bit more salt, but I haven’t experimented with changes. I made it on a Lodge cast iron pizza pan, had to throw it on my gas cooktop to brown the bottom, but that could be because my oven is on its last leg.
I had no issues with it bubbling up, toppings must’ve held it down. This is a definite “give it a try,” you won’t be disappointed!
