I made these a couple of days ago to share with friends and they were a big hit! When I put the frosting on and sliced it to put in a container, it was ridiculously sticky, of course. I put it in the fridge overnight and that made it easier to pick up without getting marshmallow all over your fingers!

Made these yesterday and they are everything. The bars have the perfect amount of peanut butter and sweetness and the mallow frosting was so good with some salty peanuts on top. They were an instant hit and I will make them over and over again. Thank you!
