The directions say to add cream to the butter, but it doesn’t use cream and the ingredients. Could you let me know what to use and how much? Thanks.

Really delicious. I accidentally added a teaspoon of nutmeg instead of 1/4 tsp and it was still delicious. Earned rave reviews from my picky kids.
