I had family banana bread recipe I always used, after finding this recipe I don’t use the family one anymore.
This IS the best banana bread recipe for us! Easy, quick and so good with chocolate chips too!

If so any adjustments on baking time?

My daughter and I use this banana bread recipe regularly to make the BEST Banana Bread ever! I don’t usually write reviews but this one is praise worthy! It turns out perfect every time! Thank you for sharing this with the community!
Ps. we also use many of your other recipes and they have always came out great! (Another favorite of ours is the yum yum sauce)

I just read a recipe in NYT Cooking that called for 1/2 cup whole wheat and 1 1/2 cups AP. Hope this helps!

My go-to banana bread. I do half brown/ half white sugar. When pouring into the pan I sprinkle cinnamon sugar halfway through and then on top of the loaf!

This is the best, moist banana bread recipe I’ve ever tried, in 40+ years. The only thing I changed to your base is finely chopped pecans and i didn’t make loaves, i made muffins with cupcake liners. There was no need for storage info cause my hubby and daughter and myself ate all of them in 3 days!!! Amazing and a definite gotta try!!!!

Yep. This is definitely a go to kind of banana bread. Idk why, but I’ve microwaved and stove top heated the butter, in the skillet is sooo much better. More banana flavor in every bite. But microwave is good too, plus it’s much quicker and less clean up.
