I appreciate the simplistic recipe for such an amazing dinner choice, but for me, when I make this again, I will have to half the salt measurements or something because it was way too salty for me.

It’s a pretty fool proof recipe. I cannot stress the importance of not trying this with frozen thighs. That patting dry step is crucial. I also like to brown up some garlic and slip that in underneath the skin with more seasoning. Nice recipe and pretty straightforward.

I agree with a previous poster. Way too much salt in your recipe.
I cooked this last night (October 30, 2024) and it was almost perfect! Your instructions are perfect! I will definitely be using your recipe again… with 1/4 or less of the salt. I used lemon pepper and added a teeny pinch of fresh dried basil.
