The pork was tender and veggies were good but really lacked flavor! I would definitely cook pork tenderloin on crock pot but would use more seasoning.

I made this only because it seemed easy. It was pretty easy, but I also found it a little bland. My sauce got too thick and I had to water it down a bit. You also have to be a bit careful and not overcook the pork. But it was a good crock pot recipe so I could do other things all day.

My family and I liked it. We ate it all and enjoyed it. The baby carrots I used were still a little hard, but no big deal. I saved the recipe and will probably make it again since I am a fan of easy recipes. 🥰
