It was good but I will cut back on the salt next time by using low sodium and maybe omitting the French fried onions. I did cook the beef in the broth about 45 minutes before adding the noodles as someone suggested in one of the comments.

It came out really good and my husband told me that I should make again.

The meat does not get tender, it was very tough. I would go with a different cut of meat

This is a simple recipe to follow. We decided to add chili peppers to give it some zing. I also used, freshly minced garlic and a real chopped onion rather than powders to up the nutritional value. Overall, I would cook this again, because it is simple, inexpensive and my family liked it.

Does the meat get tender in that short amount of time?

This is so good!!! I think it could actually be called Stroganoff, but, we loved it either way. There is enough for 2 nights for only two of us. I was a little worried there may not be enough broth for a 12 oz. bag of noodles, but it worked out okay. They got cooked. I will fix this when we have company, I’ll just use maybe 2 lbs. of meat, and 4 cups of beef broth. I think. Anyway, great recipe, 1 pan only. Loved it!!!!!!
